Welcome to your singing lesson package for 12 months! 

This is a welcome pack and information about your monthly payment agreement, paid for in Stripe on a 12 month subscription basis. 

The lessons happen every week during the Norwegian School Schedule *Skolerute. All teaching appointments follow the school timetable dates. There will be no teaching in Autumn Holidays, Christmas Holiday, Winter holiday, Easter and Summer Holidays. 

The price you pay is calculated 20 lessons x 45 minutes. 

The payment amount is divided into 12 months equally, to make it cheaper for you the customer throughout the year. Be aware that you will also pay your monthly NOK 1299 in the months that fall in the holiday breaks. The amount will automatically be taken from your credit card on a 12 month subscription.

The first payment is due on the day that you start your package. If the student or Chip is in Quarantine or feeling ill, the student must stay at home and the teaching will take place online on Skype or Zoom.

Rescheduling

Where possible, I will keep your time as regular as possible.  

Please do not re-schedule yourself as this will mess up quite a tightly planned system of your lessons and other people’s lessons. 

If you need to re-schedule, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice, otherwise you will lose the lesson. 

If you know that you have to travel, I am happy to work around you to have a lesson once a week if there is availability? 

If you wish, you also have the choice to have online lessons on Zoom or Skype.
